CHUBBY TURNER Chubby is the current NCHA Vice President. He is an NCHA AAAA Judge as well as being a competitive showman in the Arena. Chubby with teach you at whatever level you are currently showing. He will talk about Judging, Position, Rules and any other questions you have. |
